Thank you for ordering with Moments By Dess! Because many of our items are custom-made, please allow 7–14 business days for order processing. This allows us time to properly design, prepare, and package your custom treats and party favors.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location once your order has been completed and shipped.

For pickup orders, a designated pickup address will be shared once your order is completed and ready.

If you need your treats or party favors by a specific date, please reach out before or immediately after placing your order so we can do our best to accommodate your timeline.
